Rules of the “Win a Prom Dress” Prize Draw
1. Participation in the Draw
Every participant in the Draw must be an individual with a permanent address in Bulgaria. Participation is free and is not linked to the purchase of any goods or services. By taking part in the Draw, participants agree to comply with these rules.
2. Registration for Participation
To take part in the Draw, the participant must fill in all the required details on the registration form. Adults may take part on their own; minors may take part only with the consent of a parent or guardian who accompanies them.
3. Prize
The prize consists of a prom dress provided by the Organiser. If the winner is unable to receive the Prize due to legal restrictions or other circumstances, a reserve winner will be drawn.
4. Winners’ Tax Obligations
The value of the Prize constitutes income and is subject to taxation under the Bulgarian Personal Income Tax Act. The winner is responsible for all taxes due on the value of the Prize.
5. Breaches of the Rules
In the event of a breach, the participant may be disqualified from the Draw. Breaches include submitting false information, taking part under a false identity or using manipulative methods of participation.
6. Publication of the Rules of the Draw
The Rules of the Draw were published on 27.01.2020 on the official website of Bulgaria Mall and may be amended by the Organiser. Any changes will be announced on the website.
7. Personal Data Protection
The Organiser and BB69 are data controllers and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is collected for the purposes of the Draw and may be used for marketing purposes with the participants’ explicit consent.
Personal data collected: First name, surname, address, phone number, email, personal identification number (EGN).
Purposes of processing: Running the Draw, notifying the winners, fulfilling tax obligations and marketing purposes.
Participants’ rights: Participants have the right to request the rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of their personal data.
8. Use of Photos and Video
Participants in the Draw consent to being photographed and filmed for advertising purposes. The images and video material may be published without remuneration and without the participant’s prior approval.
9. Final Provisions
The Draw is not gambling within the meaning of the Bulgarian Gambling Act and does not involve any stakes. All participation is voluntary and carries no financial risk for the participants.
